Loaf being stainless I cant see why a good welder couldnt weld rods to the pipe and then heat and pull out ( watching colour so it doesnt become brittle). Unless you know someone or someone here can help it may end up more expensive than replacement tho

Stud welder.... a couple of bolts, heat up and use vice grips on the studs to to pull it out?. Stainless will eventually become fatigued from overheating and cooling...I used to work for Bristile in WA and re-welding ss caused it to crack eventually. You can heat treat it to soften it afterwards but it is so long ago I have forgotten the exact process. I guess you can try and shrink the dent out by judicious use of heat and cooling but it is a difficult process....my old forman could do it to thin plate but I never was able to emulate him.......bastard!!!
