I have been using the same one with no reaction too.
The other day i applied it and noticed the cat lick some, and within a minute he was foaming at the mouth and doing that Linda Blair thing.
I washed him and he came good.
But i think your right it can't be good for them.. Every ten seconds, somewhere on this earth,there is a woman giving birth to a child.She must be found and stopped
