The statement "I didn't see you" should be responded like this:
rider:"did you hit your head on the sterring wheel?"

driver: "no"

rider: BANG (use you imagination a little)

rider: "no , i'm pretty sure you did"......."RIGHT?"

This should be done repeatedly

We had a Ulysses member in the Kurri Kurri area lose his right leg last week.
He was following a car in the left lane of a two lane road. Maybe too close behind.
The car in front indicated to turn left into a side street and did so.
There was a 4x4 waiting to turn into the same street from the opposite direction and ---

You guessed it - she didn't see the bike behind the first car and took him out from his right side.
Leg gone above the knee.
"If time catches up with you. You're going too slow!"

you have to make yourself known to other road users, the poor rider but yeah obviously didn't make himself visable enough.......seen a few Ulysses members laying on the road lately not sure whats doing there??? poor fellas.
I'd rather be riding my Hayabusa thinking about God than sitting in church thinking about my Hayabusa

Yeah agree, I had a heart stopper a few weeks ago - riding behind a car and teh guy only saw the car and started to turn - if I had been any closer he would not have seen me at all or me see him and would have been nasty - made me aware of distance again, you need to have time to react, riding too close doesnt allow that time for eiter party
Egos; everyone got one
