Changing avtar ?

Go into user CP Then scroll down to change avatar in your profile.
Then just pick one or upload your own but make sure that it is only 100x100pixles

I have an avtar that id like to use but i think it's a bit to big. Anyone have any ideas on howi can make it smaller?
