Hows this sound? Meet at the Mobil north end of whittlesea between 8:45 and 9 am. Head to flowerdale, strath creek, kerrisdale, seymour(coffee). Avenel, nagambie, graytown, heathcote (fuel) Redesdale, kyneton, tyldon, woodend, romsey, wallan, whittlesea and back to my place for 2up. Not a huge ride but an interesting one, 4 hours at the most? We could even squeeze in some YUM CHA if you want Pete!!!

Was a good day to be on the road, early start, bah, went to the dawn service at the shrine to pay my respect, back home for breky, then off to whittlesea. Perfect riding weather, no breeze at all, still, & a little on the cooler side.( i swear my bike runs better on colder days). Not exactly a huge number of starters,3 busa's & a harley, wtf.
Stayed mostly on secondary roads and they were exellent, like they'd had the sweeper out the night before. Gassick kept a brisk pace all ride ,in fact increacing it as we settled in.Nice balance of roads, sweepers, twisties & busa straits.Lunch at Keyton at a great cafe, with a budding missy higgins singing requests for us,Gassick asked her if she new anything from the 1940's so i'd know it, smart arse. The harley didn't expire in a cloud of smoke ,in fact i was really surprised how well it went ,i've never seen one ridden so quick. We never had to wait for too long for catch up. Enjoyed the day
