PROBLEM WITH AFTERMARKET PART !!!!!
#1
I recently ordered a set of 'hayabusa' brake and clutch levers from the UKGP Shop in the US off EBAY.

The levers are poorly manufactured with the anodisef finished rough, the two levers are different shades and the machining of the levers is rough. BUT to top this off, THE CLUTCH LEVER DOES NOT ENGAGE THE CLUTCH ENOUGH TO EVEN START THE BIKE!!!

Has anyone got any suggestions (other than shotting the f***ing things out) on how I can get this clutch issue fixed??

Yeah had a similar problem with certain after market levers. I got around it by removing the OEM safety switch operating assembly from the OEM clutch lever & fitting it to the after market lever. Worked fine. But THOSE levers look a fair bit different to the usual OEM copies I've used in the past.

I'm with Commando here, I've seen those things break/snap off when blokes have braked HARD, not nice at all & potentially very dangerous Pi_thumbsdown
