Bored silly at work this morning I went over to the market and bought a leg of pork, just finished cooking it, 5 hours on low heat in an oven bag, and the smell drove my staff and my customers nuts, a bit like being next door to a bakery which we just happen to be........anyway, it is so tender that the main bone actually fell out as I pulled it with the tongs..........so anyone who comes on our first Adelaide ride, your gonna love the BBQ breakfast, maybe you won't want to ride after it, just fall asleep here like when you have just enjoyed a Sunday roast......
