agreed that was the harshest language Ive ever seen in 8 yrs and I dont like it. problem is that he was returning the serve that you dished out coming down on trix. and whilst you may not have used all that bad language you nevertheless made comments against trix that were totally uncalled for. You dont seem to have any problems dishing it out to others, as long as they dont return the serve. Now I know perhaps you may be just stirring and maybe just maybe without malice as Max said, but I think thats just the point when you keep stirring that pot you never know what shyte will come of it.
But I assure you all this will end, either when the stirrirs stop stirring or when I have to put an end to it all. And rest assured I will. Im just waiting for heads to cool down and come to theyre senses but if they wont cool down I have a bucket of cold water ready to use.
But this mudslinging with filthiest of language will stop.

Ok, For one night, I left the forum alone to see what happens.
Now that I return to check on the situation, it has once again turned into the slinging match that I was asked to eliminate by being a strict admin.
I know that some of the posts in the discussion about Mechanx were absolutely offensive to anyone that would have read them and especially those that they had been directed towards.
I have now taken action that I am supposed to do and deleted the worst of them.
It may not have been instant action but if I had done that, we wouldn't have seen the piss poor direction that the discussions tend to take these day.
I WILL continue to administer this site in order to restore the true nature of the club.
If you don't agree with the process, don't winge about it.
Either accept the new direction and abide by it, or leave and start your own website.
I won't accept any more criticism for my actions. I am doing what is best for the club, not individual panderings.
If you criticise the admins for the job we do. We will delete the discussion post.

To ray, I re-read your post to Trix and I apologise to you for accusing you of coming down on her, you didnt, I reckon it was the accumalative effect of all the mudslinging posts that was on my mind when I wrote my piece. Because Im not in the habit of deleting ANYONES post is why the shit remained.
Either way, changes are coming!
This Wednesday the board will be closed down for 1 week for house cleaning. Not that it has to be closed in order to do that but in order to end all this shyte Im closing it for a week allowing everyone to reflect on their behaviour and calm down. Perhaps when no one will have access for a full week they will appreciate the board instead of pissing on it.
During that time avatars that do not meet up to standard will be deleted, sigs checked. Offensive threads and mudslinging posts deleted. Certain guidelines or rules will be formulated.
We will re-open after Boxing Day on the 27th. and hopefully those that return will return feeling good and with the holidays spirit. Any attempt to re-hash and start the shit again will be firmly dealt with by the admins. No one says you have to like or love the admins but in order to continue posting here you will have to abide by their decisions. Period. If you cant, please find the door and leave.

When you drive / ride on the road, you do not own it & you are supposed to follow rules that were made by someone else. If youbreak the rules & get caught, you get a fine.
Just like everything else in this world that you do not own. If you use it you are required to follow the rules of the person who owns it.
We do not OWN this board, we simply have FREE use of it. So we are required to follow the rules of the person who owns or pays for it to stay active. If you are willing to pay for it's upkeep then you will have a say in what rules apply. Otherwise, put up or go to another board that will allow "freedom of speech".

It wasn't low just stating a fact. & there wasn't anything in the original post I replied to that indicated that it was your girls that made the comment. And I certainly wouldn't be letting my young girls read this board considering some of the comments & language used.
Some people seem to have no respect for what does not belong to them. This board does not belong to us. The owners / payers allow us to use it for free. We should respect that.
