Bloody hell, here I am getting everything up to primer filler stage to help the painter out of a jam. Couldn't understand why it's taken me weeks of sanding, filling, painting, knife putty, more paint, bit more sanding etc etc.
Then I counted the parts I'm doing.
I'm doing practically everything I can, and the grand total is 23 (including the drag seat)! Trouble is, the whole garage is oversprayed now. Oh well!

What sort of colour sheme have you got in mind Bear?

I'm still not sure. I've gone from the orange sort of colour that some new fords have, to the burnt colour Holden have, then they showed the orange 08 Busa so that was canned.
Then it went through reds, and recently black with cherry airbrushing!
Maybe I should run a poll!

Actually, I floated that one early on and got a resounding "GAY" response, but it's not too bad actually!@

people bitching about it too gutless to go something different. i figure its my bike f*** what other people think of the frankenbusa...
pick a color you're happy with mate and ignore the inbreds who need to label ya bike as gay just cause its not the same bloody color as theirs.
im gonna go cry in the corner now....

At the moment it's all grey! Just finished the last lot of primer on part #22. Double bed can't support all the parts!
I was thinking of some pastels too, like an orange pastel or a yellow one....
