Posting a picture / avatar

Hi guys,
I've been trying to put up a picture next to my profile (I think it's called an avatar?), but it just won't work.

Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

You just need to go to the "User CP" at the top of the page then to the "Change Avatar" option and upload a file.

but its got to be at a set size ;) both in the pixels & the file size in kb ;)

Tried that - but still nothing

Any other tips?

P.S. I've tried uploading a pic on two different computers but it still didn't work.

is it giving you an error message.... (The answer will be yes!! when you try to upload a pic or add one if it can't do it - it will give you a reason why - give us this reason ;) )
