crap

I did a track day at Wakefield Park on Wednesday and I was CRAP. Crap to a degree even I cannot believe. I would have been faster if I'd had a little basket on the front with my SHOPPING in it. I could have been passed by a little old man wearing a HAT!

I have decided I do not deserve this bike any longer and am going to sell it and buy something more my speed.... perhaps a goldwing would be nice. Maybe a nice Harley..... or a BARINA (hang on, now I'm just being silly).

I am ashamed of myself and my bike.

P.S. Don't try and tell me it can't be as bad as I think, it IS!

We all have our bad days Heidi - How would you have like to have been a Superbike rider in Japan on the weekend.

The top 3 in the last race were all wildcards ...

The world No.1 (and all the other pros) had his arse kicked by a guy riding the same bike as his (Honda VTR) and lapping 1 second ahead of anyone else in the race ...

I know these guys know the track better but jeez I would be embarrasssed ...

I seem to remember some guys driving 4WDs that you somehow caused to screw up and run into each other, they were crap. I agree with Fox, just a bad day.
A wise man once said,(or it could have been a dickhead, I'm not sure)
"A good ride is one you walk away from, a great ride is when you can use the bike again"
So, if you can use the mutha, stop sweatin'
I'm at the creek in a few weeks and I'll let you know how effin slow I end up.
Cheers.

Listen here Miss Heidi !

Now I don't wish to lay any claim to fame as far as riding a sports bike is concerned however, I'm no slouch either and have provided some quite stiff competition for some dare devils now and again.

My most recent stint involved two younger riders on 900's chasing me up all the way to the top of Falls Creeck on a damp and scary road and the closest they got to me was when I pulled up at the summit.

The reason I tell you about this is that I recall a cold and somewhat damp scary night not so long ago through the back roads of Canberra where a friend and I struggled to keep up with you when following you to a couple of remote destinations.

Say no more please!

Cheers
