Count me in, probably will make the ride too, but perhaps another meet spot close to the city for those meeting up later, who could all go together to the venue. Perhaps at 6pm? Possibly at that cafe where all the Lamborgini, Ferari and dukes are, at the top end of Fitzroy St. Or Caltex servo on Kingsway citybound, just before the ramp to the West Gate.
Richard, any interesting guests invited that may draw the crowds in? Humm perhaps give Mick or Wayne a ring, now that they have retired.
I'll see what sort of response we get before arranging a third meeting, but not a bad idea.
Maybe we'll get a guest, if we can get some idea of numbers. Good idea.
I have removed a couple of posts from here. I don't want this topic clogged up with anything not related to the dinner and ride. I have spoken to a couple of the posters, and I hope that we can just re-focus on what matters.

Too cold, too far! I thought Busa riders were a bit tougher than that. Guess I was wrong. Maybe I'll catch up with all the other members this Summer. But then it might be too hot. (Ha!)
I wont be able to make it for the ride in the afternoon, but will be at the Caltex on kingsway just before the ramp up to the west gate freeway at or around 6pm tonight, from where well leave to Sunbury around 6;20pm.
So whoever is coming for the dinner and not the ride, we can meet there if you like. Hopefully it wont be pouring, where it could be a problem.

Gotta agree with you Les, it was a good night. It's a pity I had to miss out on the ride before, and riding off at the end of the night. But with only 26 more days to get my licence back (who's counting?) I'll be back on the road soon enough!
