Yep - i'll be there . House and Bass Strait Stand tickets booked. I would like to know if there are some good rides on the way back from the island after i go across GOR. any suggestions???

Don't know yet AC, Might stick it in the bike show in front of the expo. If I put it in the Amcn stand it might have to stay there for the whole w'end. Otherwise i'll get vip suzuki tickets and park her outside the suzuki hospitality marque.......

Still undecided, but ones things for sure she'll be lighting them up in Cowes saturday night.......

Phillip Is is the Oz version of Isle of Wight...

northern most town is Cowes
nice sailing

differences....

1. instead of going on a bank holiday in silly season we go during the Oz moto GP weekend

2. there is surf there greater than 1 foot

3. no foot and mouth

4. no mad cows, only mad Cowes

G'day
I'm not sure whether I have a leave pass, or being told to stop moping, but it seems that at short notice, and with nothing booked, I am off solo to PI for the motoGP.
Never been there before. Apart from Plod, what should I look for? Is there a chance of accommodation, d'you reckon?
