www.fastsjonny.motorpage.com/ has some good pics. He has one undertail without a mudguard and blinkers.

I don't like the idea of hacksawing a chunk of mud guard!

Go to www.hayabusa.org go to the search page(you'll have to join to use it!).
Enter undertail in search field, check posts from this year forward(you'll see what I mean when you do it),and then read on,there are several that get more than one mention with pictures, also Balls Performance sell one of there own.
For info you will have to cut the rear gaurd to install every type of undertail that I have seen advertised.Suggest you go to a wrecker and buy a second hand under tray and either cut that one and keep the original as is or visa versa!

wow cain
Thought you would have learnt from your last effort
Petes undertail copies are good once you modify them. I didn't like the blinker and number plate setup so I re-fibreglassed the back section. It looked very sexy (unlike me) and was easy to do.
Uncle balls's undertails are another option.
Why have you changed your mind this time? That is to say, you spent heaps last time, are you sure you want to?
Your bike (though it pains me to say this) is up there with the best looking busas around.
good luck anyway.

thanks for your comments, the best undertail i have found so far is the moto fx top gun undertail, but at $660 i think not,i saw a pic of demeesters undertail today, which looks quite good, and allows u to use your tail light and indicators, which is good because i have just changed mine to clear, cheers.

Richards undertail does look good. (Competition werks)Wait till you here what the over inflated item costs. It's absolute bullshit, for a small piece of metal and some cheap after market indicators. :"> And then get a price for it fitted.
That's why I don't have one.
Regards Phil.

I have a motek from Pete's Pitstop (03) 9799 0531 and think it looks pretty trick. You can see it on the motek webpage except this one uses the stock rear lense or you can do what I did and swap it for a clear one with pretty LED's.

I plan to remove the rear plastic guard and cut away most of it so it runs even up to the bottom of the rear reflector and leave a little bit to attach the number plate. I will then mount some turn signals in the side of the guard so they protrude out sideways a bit like the front fender turn signals on a car. I hope to have it done before i go away but when i do it i will post some pics of how it looks. In my mind it looks great anyway.

I assume you're joking about the rear disc g? U know it's only there for decoration on my bike...I had the disc, calliper, line etc off for over 6 months, not many noticed it.
First time I went to calder, the bike passed scrutineering as is in photo. The bloke checking the bike was asking me what the levers on the bars did I since put the disc back on for the next calder meet...

As a sidebar, does anyone around here know of anyone that has done/can do a thumb rear brake setup? I've supposedly got Randle from Road Rocket on it but almost 3 months later the notoriously unreliable individual refuses to return any of my phone calls...he's supposedly getting me a carbon fibre front guard too Get it together Randle!!!
