You should put something together rocket...forecast excuses / rain for about the next week it seems. Black spur is pretty good at the moment with the temp traffic lights set up and my best mate in marysville had lights and markings on his 4wd last sunday...

Hey show, see you got your gif to work.I would organise a ride except for 2 things.
1. I'm afraid no one would show up.
2 If it rains,i'm a non starter at the moment as i have no rubber left on the sides of the front tyre, not a good thing in the wet! .I wouldn't like to post a ride and not front up,would i??????

Yeah, and he's an honest seller too!!

He said:
Quote:I competed in Formula Oz in 2002 achieving 11th in the championship but would have finished higher if I was a more capable rider.

All going well, (Weather etc...) I'll be going through Whitlesea about 1015 hrs tomorrow (Mobil servo) and should be at Marmalades in Yea around 1100 hrs. (Sipping a latte)
For those that regulary do this ride, see ya there. (Or not)
Cheers, Phil. Riding not talking...

Sorry we missed you Bigshow. Rev and I headed out at 1100 instead of 0930 due to the rain out our way. We had a stop in Whittlesea, and then had lunch in Yea. (Just a bit later than planned) No bikes on the road, except a couple of hard core BMW riders. (Probably Ulysses members showing you young pups up! )
Now it's time to clean and polish the nickel plating again.
You'll have to find someone else for the rain in Spain award!!!
Cheers, Phil. Riding not talking...

and there I was taking it easy from whittlesea to yea in rain (that felt like hail) on super corsas chasing ghost riders!
I bumped into some hard core ulysses guys in healesville...they were pissed apparently bc the road to hotham was closed to bikes...

I'll put the rain in spain up for grabs again on tuesday...Lavers Hill, any nominations?

I'll put my hand up for the rain in spain award
Lavers Hill sounds f$#king good.
That section through the valley floor scares med though
Serious high speed corners.
You up for an early start?
Of course if the sun is out, clouds are in the sky or its raining
in Auckland then I'm not coming.

Lavers Hill??? Do they have cheesecake on their menu???
Not too sure about the Sun and clouds being over Auckland though, we could get cold or wet. Or maybe even have a good time. Better count me out.
Cheers, Phil. Riding and getting fat on cheesecake.

*SIGH*
I am now in the select group that has no life.
100 posts!! Do I know have to put a "typing, not riding"
thingo after every post?
Lavers Hill kicks arse!!
Though I though having fun and riding a busa were
mutually exclusive?
< insert inappropriate goslow smartarse comment here >
BTW they DO have cheesecake on the menu AND an evil
hot chocolate!
