Yes this story was on today/tonite the other night.I just cant believe that the system is so f****d! This guy had a set of yoshi(i think it was)cans on and the pricks booked him for excessive noise.He then took the bike to the EPA and got a noise test done which showed up 93db which is below their sound limits.He took his evidence to court and still lost the case,how the f*** are you gunna win against these pricks?:">

This is where the biking community lets itself down. We're seen as a nuisance instead of a huge group politcians should be arse-kissing for votes.

Yep it isnt just the Viccy oinkers that suck is it guys we have our own scumbags and Throwdown I reckon ur right if every biker rode to the court house and they really heard some of the other bikes out there the guy would be let off but organizing something like that would be impossible as we (and i mean us queenslanders) cant even organise a god damn F*&ken bike ride with at least 10 ppl in it so it looks like the poor ole felle is gonna do some time
