Its now Sunday morning and I am going through withdrawal on not being able to ride the bike!!!!
It was pouring yesterday morning when I had to go to work so I had to drive the car and when I got home around 2.30 pm it was sunny but I was under my Wifes command "lLets go Shopping" AAARRGGGHHH
I am now listening to thunder and rain and I hope on wednesday and after the last 3 attempts to go to the drags it will be ok, like the forecast says!!! This Weather SUX
"BLUE and SILVER BLING is the BEST THING!!!!"
Andrew :)
I know we desperately need the rain but can't it just rain at night? that would be much more convenient, I'm like you Andy, busting to go for a decent ride!, I'm off to the garage to polish my bike again
A very frustrated Steve
Perhaps you should move down to sunny Mexico ?? Cheers,
Holge

Could be Worse....
This Week in OZ.
This Week In "Pommie-Land"
Yep,
Pissin down all over the Hunter Valley as well.
Buggar! Rgds BUSGO
Sorry to hear that fellahs
Not to rub it in......much, but a couple of mates and I did a 450klm loop from Brisbane, Mt Tamborine, Murwillumbah, Uki, Kyogle, Beaudesert and home today.
The day started out like shit with scattered showers, clearing for the most part and then forcing us to sprint home to beat the storm that lasted for all of an hour.
Hopefully we will have better luck next weekend!

Well, I came from sunny Perth to spend a couple of days at Katoomba to see the sites! Fog, more fog Thursday, ditto Friday, Mind you, the riding around that area is mint. Clarence etc. Shot out to Bathurst and did two laps. Pity it was a white goods on wheels jobbie!
Left Sydney this morning, delayed through a storm at Mascot. Back to sunny....
But your selection of roads gives me the shits! Lucky buggers. Mind you, weekends must be a bit crowded?
Bear,
Perth aint much fun is it.... good for top speed sprints, though
Jes
If there is something wrong with it, the solution is always " MORE HORSEPOWER"
There's a few good roads, but in most cases, you have to travel just to get to the start of a good road
Bear bit your tongue !
Why don't you come for a ride this Sunday for a twisty surprise ! Every ten seconds, somewhere on this earth, there is a woman giving birth to a child. She must be found and stopped
Evil you evil one! I can't get away with anything!
I used to regularly ride from Bunbury to Collie and return. A great road, and I've done a few rides through the hills here as well. They are really good, but just so few and far between. When you see what the Blue Mountains have to offer, oh and don't forget the rides through Esk and up to the Glasshouse mountains in Brisbane either...we're a bit hard done by.
But, that doesn't mean I'd like to live there!
This Sunday might be a starter, but my daughter is shifting from Dunsborough to Perth, so that could interfere a bit. Now that ride is stimulating!!!! NOT!
Stop whingin'...rode my second hand busa home from Queenbeyan to Newcastle in the worst conditions I've ever experienced...2 up...with a !@#$-en packed bag on the back. Couldn't see...followed the tail lights in front of me...there's a great story there...worth telling when I know how to...
dgamac, if there's one thing you will get used to on this board it's whingeing, obviously it usually comes from the vic. contingency. (FRIGGIN MEXICANS)
In Queensland it only rains in summer and only after 4:00pm and we have some killer rides too just out of Bris.
All I need now is to get my friggin bike back!!
I keep going in the rain, and used to ride in the snow in the UK.
I swear it makes you a better rider having to get used to different things in those conditions.
Only hassle is although my bike still looks cool, it's gotta be the shabbyish on here from photos I've seen.
Riding in the rain requires a weekend strip down, but that'll keep your bike in tip top condiotion, spotting trouble before it happens.
Who needs bling? Don't breakdown instead!
