Okay, whose messed up their busa's handling with too much food and booze over Christmas. My weight has gone from 92 to 96kg, and now the suspension and tyre pressures are out - stupid machine!

Started my Busa weight reduction today. What is the easiest way to drop 30 kilos from the Busa's wieght ? Put me on a diet.. Ive lasted, well, this morning.. yay

breakky was granola (oats, nuts, dried fruit & some other healthy shit)

lunch.... ??? a coffee??

Raz, I will meet you at albert park lake for a walk at 6pm ? Lake is 5kms.

Or meet at your place to go to the lake.. or.. park my bike at your place and we can walk from there down the yarra, or you can park at my place and we can walk down the yarra.

Dont say you didnt go because you had nobody to walk with.. lol
