Hi Mark,
Here is the one I mentioned to you last week.
I don't know where you get them BUT if I could find one, I'd like one. This one is on the 40TH Anniversary special edition busa.

very nice ray i will have one too! Where did you get the photo? But first i need a full bra and bag for the gp trip.I like the look of the bagster type bill. And how long have you been using it & is there any stretching with the leather over time not that it will be a real issue for me as i only intend using it on long hauls and when i have the little women on the back you wouldnt think she would need to take so much shit but thats what i love about the busa you can load it like a pack horse throw a pillon on the back ride 3000ks and it dosent even break a sweat

thanks fellas
mark
ps hows andrew getting a long ray well i hope!

to tell you the truth Mark the bagster bag is nearly 3 yrs old and been used twice the cover was on for almost a year and I didn't see any stretching but once I started the bling process it just didn't suit the bike anymore Regards Bill

Mark,
The photo is on a calendar my wife gave me for xmas. It is called Extreme Motorcycles 2005.
There are some other great photos of a different bike per month. You can't make out from this copy but the bike has carbon fibre mirrors and levers as well as a few other unique mods.
If I can find a plain tank bra like it, I could get a friend to embroider the kanji symbols. In fact I reckon I could get the bra made locally. I might sus out the cost.

I have still not caught up with Andrew but sent him some photos from the trip. I'll ring him tomorrow and get the latest.

Yeah what bill said, I have the bagster as well, a nice made product for travelling. If you want a half tank bra do a search for lockhart phillips tank bra, I got one local years ago but the elastic strap strectches after a while from high speeds .

ray if you can get someone to make one with kangi embroidered in it same as the picture Ill have one too!
Did they make that bike as a limited edition or one off? Ill have one of them too
g/day darryl bagster looks like the go will look into them as far as the half bra goes i had lockhart phillips on the blackbird and it had stainless brackets that clipped under the seam of the tank and ended up chipping the paint thats ok for ronda but not for suzi may they have changed the design now!

Mark,
I don't know a great deal about the anniversary model.
I think it was a limited release in the USA. As well as the other bits I mentioned it has a dark screen, black frame and swingarm, an undertail treatment, kanji handgrips and serial number on the dash somewhere. Possibly 2003 but not sure. Other members may know more.
I will definitly follow up on the half bra business.

Yeah mark, the lockhart phillips tank bra for the busa has 4 plastic clips that go on the seam near the seat end of the tank with 2 soft tags that sit in between the the frame and tank and an elastic strap that goes around the front of the tank. I have had this thing on and off heaps with no damage to the tank.

Cheers

Busgo when I traded the busa it had a tank bra (good quality) leather bra on it so ring better bikes and see if they still have it.It was imported from france and had busa logo on it.PS looking to trade bandit in for another busa.Once you own one hard to go back.Crumpy

Hey Crumpy, I didn't think I was gonna hear from you again.
I sent an E-mail and never got an answer.
I'm pissed about the tank bra you traded and I never got...
Thats business I suppose. I'll give them a call and hope they can find it if they haven't sold it already. They do a big turnover in Busas.
I suppose you've been keeping track of your old bikes adventures on these pages. It's in good hands.
