Injector cleaners?

ok another one for the groupies. Anyone used an additive to clean their injectors? ever bothered too? and if so which and how regular?

PS, I have been using BP's Ultimate 98 octane for a while now some say these better fuels already have some sort of additive cleaner, but I dunno. <i></i>
