Gen2 throttle body sync

I have a question for the mechanic's here. I'm looking to buy my first throttle body synchroniser. I've watched all the YouTube vid's ect and read up all the info I can.

There is one thing that nothing cover's, and therefore the question I have is -: I know you match each side, then match the two side's, but how do you know where the sweet spot is, or where it should be optimally set? Is there a set vacuum pressure it should be set at?

Beau, do you have a Gen 2 (looks like a Gen 2 arse in the image, but there's so many Gen 1s fitted with Gen 2 arses these days because they look so beautiful).
If you do, you'll need to disable the idle speed control using appropriate software otherwise you'll end up chasing your tail. As for your question, forget a set vacuum reading, what you're aiming for is for all four levels to be the same.
