From experience.....

Get ass end up on paddock stand, buy a litre of kero and clean chain thoroughly.
If tight spot has a "dent" in straight chain line then after cleaning get spot 1/2 way along horizontal stretch with dent pointing down and soak in kero.
Leave over night
Reclean chain again next morning
Make sure your are rotating rear wheel LOTS each clean
Rinse chain
Wax chain

If that doesn't fix it then new chain

Went at it again today.
Cleaned it again and all links seem to be moving ok.
Relubed and tensioned it but when I rotate I notice a slight tight spot.
Hopefully it'll be ok.
I've tensioned it at the tightest spot.

Well in the end it didn't work..
Tight spot remained and I had to invest in new tsubaki chain and sprockets.

Just looking at bike and I think the chain is too long..
See in pic the adjusters are right out..
What you guys think??

I counted the links and there the right amount 112 links
Can't understand the difference in the amount the adjusters are out though

The adjusters look right mate.. there are still 5 position indicators behind adjustment block to go (I forget if there are any indicators in front of block but if there is you might see them it's the same amount).
