im running a 2013 zx14 radial master hell braided lines, tlr front calipers,

i pulled the whole front braking system off the bike stripped it to nothing what i found was 1x $1.10 cooper crush wash had shat itself,so i replaced 7x cooper crush washers ,brakes now stop bike again ,

These copper crush washers need to be replaced every time you take the joint apart as they get work hardened during the tightening and will not seal again.
There is a little trick you can use though if in a desperate situation. File both sides of the washer flat (piece of emery on a flat surfase works perfect) as they tend to get thicker at the edges due to tightening. Then heat the washer until it starts glowing red (gas stove flame is fine) and drop it into a cold water. That anneals the material so it is soft again and you can safely re-use it many times if you have enough thickness. Pi_thumbsup

I class the copper washers as consumables.
Not to be re-used, but that's just me.

Are TLR calipers just Tokico 6 plops ?

aah, I see the problem. You're using a Kawasaki part on a Suzuki.
That's like mixing brown rice with white rice...it doesn't work. See.. I get Asian stuff.
Replace with a Suzuki part and ya should be good to go....or stop....or do both, and keep the front stopped, but not the back.
either way, just avoid mixing the brown and whites together.

Sorry.....had to be done. Pi_tongue

are with the 6 pots and the radial master the brakes would just boil the fluid and would just feel wooden

with the 4 pots it pulls up that quick ,if i was as good as boxer i could do a 1 k long stoppy there that good
if i do the mono block conversion il do the whole front end but at present its actually feeling better then before they failed ,
