This is my boy Calib. I was there for and have had him since the second he was born.....that was 14 years ago.
In March last year he had his spline removed and was given only a 6 month timeframe due to and as they said "An agressive Cancer that is too far advanced for us to do anything more for him".....Calib proved the surgeons wrong and is sitting beside me right now...with lots of life still left in him.
My wolfpack of awesomeness. First up I give you The Poodle. Part Poodle, mostly zombie these days. We are pretty sure she died 6 months ago and just hasn't noticed. She is over 20 and is a rescue jobbie, she came to me this good.
Next we have Muppet. Muppet came from a puppy factory where they kept her and made her have too many cute little babies for pet shops. Sometimes I wonder why.
And I give you the smiling assassin. Holly had just caught a mouse, raced outside and came in like this. I wasn't game to ask what happened to Mousie Mouse.
I hope like hell I don't look like any of my pack.
Nice story bikerboy.
And captain, Schnitzel suits that dog to a tee.
Heidi, what do you say. What an.....unusual pack.
That first one should be entered in one of those ugly comps..no offence.
All rescued by you...Respect
This is a few years ago but one in the front is Diesel and the one behind is piper -
Cant find a picture of the cat or the birds but have a black and white cat, 2 Indian Ringnecks (one yellow and one green/yellow split) and one very spoilt, demanding little Cockatiel :)
Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall.
This was my pair until my girl (left) died in Sept, had her from a pup, she made 8 yrs which seems to be about it for my experience with Rottie's. The boy we rescued from the pound 18mths ago, no idea how old he is but we called him SI, japanese for defend to death.
Neighbour over the road ( old bloke ) said my dog had been
to visit him, stayed a while and had lots of fuss. Neighbourhood
said he'd bought him back and put him back in my yard.
I told my step daughter that the dog had been out and put back.
She burst out laughing. She wondered why we had someone
else's dog locked in our yard ! LOL.
