Beringer Brakes Top
#1
After waiting about 3 weeks or so I got the first parts for the Hayabusa Gen I, outside the brake and clutch pump.

But to send them back to the main distributor of BELGIUM.

After more than a month waiting for my package was delivered but everything was for the Gen II.

And guess this time there were two left calipers.

No problem now sent them directly from the claw off Beringer France.
Ok this did go fast on a day or 4.

Aha, now I could enjoy tinkering.
First of all let off the brake fluid - brake and clutch pump removes.
Calipers phased out and then go off the wheel.
First the wheel cleaned the discs put out by Location and tork put it down to the look direction of the rotor. When the wheel back in place and began the calipers also note the direction they are well positioned with spacers original screws used interchangeably.

There are two screws per caliper and 6 spacers 5-8 and 13mm.

Now the line between the brake callipers 3cm too short between the master cylinder and a 5cm.

Meanwhile, the clutch master cylinder and pump installed pipe coupling result too short. So to the garage to make three brake line 130cm for the link.
One 3cm longer between the master cylinder and calipers also 5cm longer and yes a screw coupling for two brake lines.

When the contacts connected Dot 4 oil bleed and hops as tested man what a difference.

Right now I have a problem that is the least contact of the clutch lever is what you may be driving under the FI error message, but I solve this problem also still on.

I hope you have fun with the pictures.

Greetings Fester
