Biaggi wheelies

I've finally had time to do a bit of maintenance on the bike. First time since my Biaggi wheelie at QUIT which I thought had only dented two headers and knocked the headlight protector off. Taking off the nose cone to replace ignition lock I noticed that I'm now missing three of the four plastic plugs that hold the small black plastic piece in under the nose cone! Seems the front wheel can travel up far enough (with the forks raised through the trees) to allow the guard to belt the black piece loose! Thankfully, I have a few in my drawer and there's no orther significant damage.
Got a full set of fairings (all scratched) for a carton of beer the other week, so track day livery coming up. Just need a dented tank and I can do a complete change. Who said bike shops always rip you off eh? <i></i>
