Could anyone recomend the BEST company to trans my Busa from melb to bris? Has anyone already done it, and possibly a rough cost one or both ways- money no object for my baby so long as it's treated as the gem that it is....you no...just want an idea on price, but mostly service and handling.

I think it's called bikes only. Moved my m109r from Canberra to Townsville for me in 2006. About 800 and they where very good. Guy who picked it up was a seasoned rider who knew how to handle the bike pushing it around and into the truck and tied it down well in a purpose built truck(hydraulic lift almost didn't lift the porker of a bike) guy who delivered it to me in Townsville was also experienced rider and knew how to handle a big bike. Same truck the whole way so only one lot of handling in the truck. Back then they were great. No idea if they are still that good but worth a shot.

I had bikes only move my Busa from Qld to Adelaide (deliv to my door) back in 2008 for $500. Service was good, and no damage. Had piece of mind that it was fully insured, and secured in purpose built trucks. I'd be more than happy to use them again.

Yes bikes only about $500 each way its cheeper if you can drop off at there wharehouse in melbourne and pick up at underwood in brissy

Hey BJK, I can highly recommend ANY of the following companies:- Bridgestone; Dunlop; Michelin; Avon; Metzeller or Continental!!!

There's always one isn't there.... Thanks all, I'll check them out. It's only to get tuned at pitstop petes so not wasting kms on it for that, I'll trans up ride back.
