will be heading out for a ride, just picked my bike up yesterday so still pretty green on her. I live out past canungra so might see you going the other way, couldnt be stuffed getting up at 6.30 to get to mudge at 7.30 :)

The cafe at Lower Beechmont next to the store and real estate is a good one, usually stop there for coffee and cake. Not too crowded as a rule and bit cooler under the trees in the shade
