WARNING TO ALL SOUTH AUSTRALIANS !

Barrister says: "If it had happened in South Australia, you would have got nothing"
Note: If it is a NSW Registered bike, you'll get screwed under SA Legislation.

Could you please elaborate on this Mr Gruntmax? I'm assuming you are saying that your barrister has said that if your accident had occurred in SA, and involved SA registered vehicles, that you would not be entitled to any compensation from CTP? What are the aspects of your incident that would put you in a position of no compenstation had it occurred in SA? Why would being an NSW rider in SA put you in a worse position?

I certainly don't know which documents to consult to research this, (as a PDS for CTP is virtually non-existent, as previously mentioned), and I don't know the specifics of your incident to try and evaluate the likely outcome of a similar incident in SA.

Thanks in advance......
