OK, need help.
Im about to do a trackday and not being suspension savy, id love any advice anyone has on settings for the track.
Im about 87kg, 5'11, its a genll and the suspention is still on standard settings...

Not sure about the suspension settings on a Gen 2, but sounds like Paul's settings are a good place for you to start the first session, then experiment by softening or stiffening the dampening to see if you notice any difference/improvement.
Tyres: they normally suggest 28 or 30 (measured when cold) at the track.

Thanks guys. I now have something to work from. Tire pressure settings are interesting. Thanks again. I've got carbon wheels so should just mainly need comp the most I'm thinking. Can anyone tell me the diff between the two gens suspenders mainly-are they fairly similar??
