Suspension Set up notes

Hi guys,
a very long time ago there were instructions on setup for the front and rear suspensions. I can't get anything out of the old archives, can anybody help with the suggested settings please? I had printed them but they are lost forever in the "lost Paper" drawer!

Thanks Gixxer, I'll be putting the settings to good use tomorrow. On the Canberra to the Sydney bike expo and back to Canberra Busdriver and I swapped bikes. His felt soft in the rear but cushioned the sharp roadsurface differences beautifully. I have mine set up pretty hard - using guessamology, the artical should make her a little better in the pants.

35-40mm total sag at the front.same at the rear for road riding.Then trim your rebound and compression to suit. Glenn the Spa Man<i></i>
