(I used the search function but couldn't find an answer.)
I recently ordered the HotBodies undertail for my '06 Busa. The sales guy told me that I could use it...but I can't find anything about whether or not it will meet ADR compliance.
Does anyone know?
I have found a couple of Aussie forums where they say the rule is that there must be a minimum angle of 45 degrees between your rear axle and the bottom of your license plate. Does that mean that if I fit the undertail (and a hugger) and the angle is above 45 degrees, I could simply bolt an extender (i.e. a piece of plastic/aluminium) onto the bottom of the undertail and then attach the plate to that?
I'm probably going to order a copy of the ADR CD-ROM but I just wanted to see if anyone here has any knowledge of the subject.

"casting dispersions on others credability." And their illiteracy.
