I thought the b-king is supposed to be a longer wheelbase @ 1,525 mm. The smaller throttle bodies do make them a different animal to ride. I wouldn't necessarily say lesser - but different. Have both - I can agree with that!

well i have had time to sit and think about this and a few weeks ago i was haveing lunch with pan the man and we had this very topic discussion and at the time i bagged the B-KING , the next week i had frank_oh come a calling for a sheepskin and apon sitting on the B-KING i have had a change of mind and even thouh its not asteticly pleaseing it had a great rideing position for those whom cant slump over the tank .
so i think its a functional bike but i wouldnt swap a busa for it pan ive been perswaded to sort of likeing the B-KING sorry

i,d have one as a short trip bike as long as i kept my gen 1 for any decent riding.Good torque is hard to come by and a busa spoils you in that department thats why many sell them, look around and buy another.

The bking is the sit up cousin of the Busa and as that goes there is nothing wrong with that, you either love or hate them, mark my words:this bike will be on the classic books in years to come due to the small ammount that where built. On a personal note I bought one 6 months ago with a missing headlight, damaged dash with 980km on the clock for $7800.Its the best money I have ever spent on a bike and after Im finished with the little bits and pieces Im putting on it it will be a bit of a fast looker

I have deleted a post by a bogus member and a complaint by CJ03 from this discussion about that post.
