to quote the Castle ---- " Tell him he's dreaming "

if your radiator is aluminum core - you have bugger all chance of fixing your old one ... if its copper -- then you have a good chance ..

Some can be fixed.....but you need patience!

I have cut down the busa radiator to fit my racebike successfully, I'd try someone else for a second opinion.

true - i have recently done my nissa patrol radiator --- well its a temporary fix -- had a rub through on one of the cores ... so i gently folded it over and crimped it -- has been working great for a few weeks now with no leak -- wich will give me time to source one at a good price ---- first price i was given was $800

after a bit of hunting - for $800 i can get an upgraded one with much higher capacity .... ( ideal for towing )

I had the radiator on my Landcruiser completly "re-cored" with an extra core added for around $500, but it was a few years ago.
