I have to agree with you on this one TimF.
I didn't even get through the first episode before switching over.
They even had the hide to try and replicate the 3 hosts.
It was like watching an American episode of "THE OFFICE".

It set a low standard and failed to achieve it. %mins was all I could take. Too scripted, trying too hard to copy the original. Wont be going there again

Give it time guys. It could have been MUCH worse. I fully expected some wankers like Glenn Ridge or Grant Denyer to be hosting.

They're about as personable as cast iron, and a lot less funny. The 3 guys that are doing the job are genuine enthusiasts and it'll take 'em a while to find their feet. Thought we could have found a more Aussie name for the test driver though (say Davo or Bruce

) I'll give it a bit of time and see. But I really hope that we'll still get the Brit version too.
It's a week by week charade.

At least they could have tried to review some decent cars. Might have taken the spotlight off their mediocre performance.
