I use the Turtle wax that comes with a little stick of coloured solid wax.
You go over the holes with the stick and fill them up and then give the area a coat of the liquid wax. The colour blends in quite well and buffs up beautifully. Chips all gone.
Only trouble is that you have to do it every month or so. BUT IT WORKS.

Busgo, might work for simple colours, what about like copper or others? I have a copper touch up bottle but when using it it leaves a blob and hand polish wont cut that down, what do you recomend as a cutting agent and do you use an electric buffer?

You can use very fine grain wet and dry on the bigger blots Volvi. You just need to be careful not to get away from the chip spots and go lightly and check often between rubs.
Finish with a good polish or even toothpaste for a super fine finish.
I have a small BMW touch up pack that I bought when I had a BMW. It has the base colour and a small bottle of clear with a nail polish type applicator.
When filling in the chips, be very sparing with the paint and if too much goes on, wipe it straight off and start again.
I don't use any electric buffers on my bike at all Volvi.
I had a go at the BMW where there was a large chip on the tank and it came up like new.

I don't know how to get them out, but I have some advice to stop getting them, if everyone is doing 300, make sure you are in front.
