Wheel base is 5" longer than a stock busa. Swingarm was $50 of ebay. Extensions I already had. Powder coating $30 The rest was my time.

But the biggest advantage is that its under not overbraced. So it can be lowered further than the busa without battery clearance issues.

Looks nice! I thought it was the tyre that caused the problem though?
Being stretched it wouldn't hit anyway would it? So assume same swing arm bolts/bearings/and widths etc or did you have to add spacers? Nice job!

96-99 gsxr 600 arm.
No spacers bolts straight in. Nearly. Have to space out the r/h rear set and grind out the swinger for rear shock clearance if you want to run at standard height. But lowered is not a problem. |
