Buell pegs
#1
So i got a set off Andcad and decided on the weekend to put them on, remembering he said i needed some spacers so they didnt flop around - suggesting the sleeves from a dynabolt as the easiest to use

I wanted to check and tried to find similar all over the shot, bunnings, repco, supercheap, a few lawnmower places etc - to no avail.

I ended up getting some small aluminium piping from a spares place in Leederville for free (noice one bruvva).

cut it up grinded down and put em in sweet as a nut.

THE POINT OF MY MESSAGE IS:

I work in the city and went out for some lunch and had a thought, went up to "Joynt Venture" (its not my kind of shop but it has been there for YEARS)

Low and behold in my local bong shop i find all sizes of aluminium pipe perfect to be cut to the size needed for a sleeve for the Buell pegs

Soooooo if you need it and cant source it in the regular circles maybe go to your local bong shop and get them there

Load test them pegs the good old fashioned way by jumping up and down on them, very carefully of course, they have been known to break and better at home than on the road.

Slightly lower than standard Busa pegs, so give a bit more legroom. Apparently GSXr1000 pegs are good as well, but not quite as low as the buell's
