hey all those horns are great I fitted one to "it" and is bloody great .
where as before anythin g over 60kph and I couldnt hear the horn so what chance is some idiot in a cage going to hear it I thought I would give this a shot instead of trying to cram the trumpets of the c onventionals in somewhere. Its BLOODY fantastic and loud and makes peoples heads swivell when used , I put mine on in place of the OEM and chucked that in the "modded" off box of parts I am keeping for the bike. I got mine from a importer over east I think $75 BUT hey if it helps 1 cager avoid hitting me it was worth it .

So has anyone installed this thing?
Is it decent? Hmm i might get one.... All i know is my mate has the vline train horn in his truck. 154 decibels. Dont know how he got it,but it has to be it,it sounds identical. It runs off a massive compressor an has 3 trumpets. Cars swerve when he hits this bad boy. Put it this way,hes grandmas pretty much def an you cant talk to her an she can hear this thing lol Its unreal man,i want in my charger but the hassle of putting a compressor in the boot an a few other things is turning me off it. Plus if i get pulled over wtf is my excuse going to be...

BUSAMAR K2 Wrote:[quote=Dubs] Hi. I installed mine straight to the battery with a simple relay. It's the old SupaCheap Auto air horns... for a car or a bike.

I just fitted a Stebel Nautilus Compact 139dB airhorn, which I bought off eBay. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?..._780wt_939
I definitely recommend this horn! I tested it out on an unsuspecting mate...who nearly shat himself! This thing is louder than the horn in my Hilux. I can't wait to use it on the next Landcruiser-driving woman who tries to kill me...

Where did you guys fit yours? I looked for ages, trying to figure out the best place, and then noticed a series of threaded holes at the back of the throttle bodies, underneath the tank. They don't seem to serve any purpose, so I just bolted mine on there. It fits perfectly and is as loud as hell.

Just emailed them regarding price of postage. I'm thinking one for the bus, one for the wife's V-star, and one each for our cars. Lots of kangaroos where we live!
