still trying but last resort will pull apart but problem is it is bolted to floor

If it is still a problem, take it to your local Master Locksmith.
They do have reset codes for name brand ones but cheapies you get at Bunnings are throwaways.

no its a good brand name fire safe but problem is its bolted to floor and serial number is on wall side looks like the drill Undecided
