I have been going every Sunday with my kids and thought I would post in case there are a few skaters out there.
We have a ball. Great exercise and techno music too!

I'll be in for that! :) ok I need to get some blades - but I am going to buy some this weekend - will be good to get some exercise in to me :)

I've got a pair of blades but except for going up the driveway once (and falling straight on my arse) I've never used them. seems like a lot of effort and co-ordination is required and neither of those is my strong point. still if people do start going it would be a good excuse to do some excercise since I stopped ice skating about 9 months ago.

nah it was for Ice hockey, and besides it woulda been a thiong leotard so theres nothing left to the imagination (it would be payback for a ceartain blue undies incident I think)
