GCC tank protector arrived today.
Did a dummy fit and looks great.
I think I'll leave the real job until the weekend as there's just too many sticky bits and too much to pharc up in a poorly lit garage.
Illumiglo gauges arrived too, and they're in!
Followed Pan's post from the old forum and they went in VERY easy.
Will get some pics up this weekend.
Next.........GI Pro ......noticed Volvi's post and thought what better way to spend my cash?

$137.99 USD delivered to the door (PO Box in my case) worked out at $167 au.
Delivery came in 7 days which was fairly good.
I gave Pan's old post a quick going over and used the matchstick idea from that thread to position them.
All in all, took about 1hr 15mins.
Very happy. I went for a ride this arvo and the gauges are fine in daylight, easily read and no glare/reflection. Obviously look good at night. I think I went out to the garage about 20 times last night just to turn the ignition on in the dark.......

Word is, Suzuki has sent "letters" to manufacturers demanding that they stop making products with Suzuki logos like the "S" and the "GSXR" and the hayabusa kanji.
(although I don;t know how they can enforce copyright on a chinese alphabetical symbol)
Anyway, apparently they're not going to be making any more of these face plates with the Hayabusa symbol and what's available now is the stock that they have left.

Maybe the new BUSA is going to have ilumglo guages and Suzuki want the ownership.
My stock Mazda has red ilumiglos and they are fine but a little dark at night.
