Took delivery of the new beast last night.Overall i am pretty happy with the new ride. There are a few things i need to sort but for the price im pretty happy.
I decided to take her out for a blast, dribbling through traffic im thinking to myself why the f#*k did i buy this? .Heavy steering, truck like weight, long reach to the bars..........then i hit the freeway and opened her up.......wooooohoooooo,now i remember why i bought another one. Well, Holge, you're about the only one left who hasn't come to his senses and returned to the true love that you won't acknowledge....
Although, you might be owning Rocket's new ride in some weeks time....

Well at least Denmark has had some injection of good old convict blood to help ward off those pesky Muslims....

We have a deal Rocket, and I have witnesses.
You loose your licence, and I can buy your busa for what you paid for it. I'm not in any rush, but before Jindy would be nice and handy Cheers, Holge Edited by: Holger the Dane at: 11/2/07 7:29

Pointy back tyre and a rounded front tyre profile goes some way in helping the heavy low speed steering, making the bike feel much more balanced.Or you can just fit carbons and the problem goes away altogether. Not even forged magnesium steer like carbons, which is a little dissapointing.Current rear tyre is a 190/640.Steers good and helps correct speedo.

Next time you're Canberra, or if I get my torture rack to Melbourne, I'll show you what the arse end of a 998 looks like Rocket. But don't blink coz I'll be the banana coloured thing disappearing around the next bend!
Where's the damn 998 emoticon?!! Ah, there it is....
