Ive tried them all and hads Down when I set out to make my Nitrous Plate System I went to Mark and now I have a Bolt on package that is hard to Beat,BOLT ON POWER!!!!!

That is a totally sick setup bloke. I did similar with one of my old kwaks, 27 years ago. I got serious horsepower, incredible induction noise, and f****d bores after 20k with no filters at all. Are you going to wrap your airbox back around those stacks or is what we see what they are going to be?

This Nitrous system is set up for Racing ONLY!! Pro Street, Super Street and OUTLAW!!! And Im Setting up a Few for Grudge Racing.

Now I will have a Set up for the Stock air Box,There will be a Stainless Lid to replace your airfilter lid.
There will be a 6inch Blow off disk Built into the lid also there will be FLOW Rite Filters going between the airbox and the Ram Tubes.

This Nitrous System is set at 36psi of fuel pressure and Im working on a NEW fuel Nozzle that will be set at 70psi at 50 Micron.

The Solenoids can be set from 25 Hurtz to 40 Hurtz also the seat height of the Plunger can be set for 50HP to 250HP.

This Nitrous System is Bench tested and Flowed and PRE-PLUMBED< Also this is the only Nitrous system that can be set at 100HP at 40Hurtz and be Progressed at a TRUE 10%.

Our shower Heads are the only Disterbution Blocks that flow Exactly the same out of every hole 15ML over a 10 sec time frame.

The inside of the Hoses ,Shower Heads and the Nozzles are the same ID for less Faze Change.Coolsmiley

That's an incredible idea - build an airbox around the setup you have there.  I wonder if Col (10 10ths) has thought of this?

Just the stacks themselves are a worthwhile mod for better torque, far better sound and horsepower.Gixxer thou on steroids, with a supercharger whine thrown in for good measure.Drool

Here are some comments and dyno test results from a USA site. The vast majority of the people who have actually tested them over there have discovered power losses with the factory pro stacks compared to either the all long or all short stock Suzuki stacks that can be purchased from the wrecker for just a few bucks.

If they make the bike feel better then fine but I doubt they make more power than stock based on public test results from the states.

Dynos don,t lie.I have done a before and after as has dad and both gained up to 10000rpm.After that they lost power. As the majority of the gain is in the 6-9000rpm range they definately feel better to ride.To drag race it wouldn,t surprise me if the stock length factory pro stacks don,t realise their full potential if you shift at redline. However they do make different length versions. If i wasn,t so impressed with the multiple improvements they make to the bike theyd already be in the bin.I,d change that back tyre next time you ride bruce, test rides with the dyno tyre are not a good idea especially a turbo.

This was already shown on this thread for both bikes, these somehow didn,t make the transition.Like i said peak numbers are one thing, area under the curve is another.I suspect shorter stacks would yield better drag racing results stock or factory pro.The best way to do this would be to do a torque run in gears 1-4 on a dyno with different set ups to see which made the best torque nearest to redline and down to the revs the engine drops to when going up a gear.Mine seem to go better shifting at 10200 than 10500 such is the torque tail off above 10000rpm.This area of tuning will be explored down the track when the bike is lowered.

Noted Glenn, still nice to see another result from another dyno et al.

Simmos got them but i doubt he,ll remove them then refit them when he gets his tuned at 10/10ths.Unless col doesn,t like them, then you,ll see the 2 i suppose.Honestly my gut instinct says they are a great street stack but possibly 2 long for the drags.I have done my quickest et with them with an average 60ft and a mph down about 1.5-2mph.A bit early to tell until i get the front wheel down in 1st from the extra mid range torque.I,m guessing less mid range and more top end will be the best for the elusive 9. 3rd gear rollons however, see you later.

+8hp in street rpm range is a good thing, however it can also be an embarresment at the strip, hit about 7k and hooray and up she rises. I'm having trouble keeping it down with stock stacks, maybe the 99 is stronger in the midrange and weaker in the top end because my 01 didn't seem to want to rear up as much and the 01 felt stronger up top, but then it did have the pipe and sundries done.
What happened did you pass the hat around, unlike Simmo to get his bike tuned!

The difference is probably the 4 into 1 and your last bike was lowered.I,ll past the hat around when i,m consistently beating him and he keeps going home early.Unless of course you step up with the new system on,then its simmo who???.Just kidding,I,d like to see all of us running nines, sharing what works to all move forward,in a perfect world.I do have another busa i could use, with a few small changes it could possibly spoil the show.
