Celebration of Motorcycling Rally

Who's up for the up-coming rally to Canberra? A friend went a couple of years ago and said there are just thousands and thousands of bikes.

Sydney departure from Crossroads Hotel at Casula at 9am on 27th. This is the officially organised meeting point. There are other sites for other states - see Summer edition of Aust Motorcyle News for details.

The rally ends up eventually at Parliament House for some "lobbying", and should be finished up by 3pm.

I'll be there with a few friends and heading straight for the Hyatt Bar afterwards - as all us hardcore bikers do...

It would be nice to see some other Hayabusas there.

kinda clashes with the Classic on at Phillip Island, not that many of the local Busa riders seem all that interested in motorcycle racing. Probably prefer to show off themselves than watch someone else showing off.

We have an intersting road that runs out to Corin dam. Its narrow with few signs, brocken surface, debris but the real challenge is overtaking log trucks as they drop more debris in front of you.

And in winter you can add snow and slush to make it that little bit more challenging..
