G,day spacecadets
interesting thread
1.I have dealt with Mark at Mr Turbo in Qld before ,my opinion :"> :"> :"> :"> they do a mod ( in the USA ) for Kawa oil pans to stop an oil starvation to #3 rod ,anyway after months of hasseling them , very poor service yarda ,yarda and $762.65 later I got back something I could have done in an arvo and about $60 worth of fittings from ezed or pirtek
2. IMHO save your money and try to buy a 2nd hand system from the states or go for a Harn (sp) the Mr Turbo system isa very low end system ( ancient type turbo and no intercooler ) $8.5 K what a rip off anyway you will save heaps purchasing from the US but be aware that you will wait longer to get it and you will have to spend 1-1.5 K to fit and have it tuned properly there are several good turbo systems out there BUT HP =$$$$$ the standard bussa will cope with up to 300 hp on a stock motor then after that you will need to start expensive motor mods I will be building my own system you should have a talk with Ray Hall turbo,s in cairns also Maj750 knows quite a bit
3. Nitrous Oxide those that want to go down that path ,remember several things the go only lasts as long as the N2O is available 2.5 lb bottle about as big as you can fit to a stock bussa at a 50 hp shot about 30 sec , nitrous gives you instant Hp and must be used at WOT ( wide open throttle ) and your N/F ratio has to be correct or you will melt shit ,I will be able to tell you soon how much a stock motor can take before it self destructs if you are interested in this mod email me
In the end its up to you to decide if you want to spend big $$$$ for HP thrills N2O is by far the cheapest way to go but if you can afford it a turbo is best by a mile

sent you some pics of my N2O set up you can use a standard tail section , but you will have to use the fuel tank for your fuel supply ,thats if you go with the wet setup ie direct injection or you can go with a dry set up which adds extra fuel via your existing injectors and you feed the nitrous into your air box I think you can get up to about 40 hp with a dry system and 500 with a wet
try and post the pics I sent I have made about 6 sets of jets that will give a theoretical 40/ 50/ 60/ 75 /115/150 the motor is basically stock only mods this time round are large airbox mod , open exhaust and yosh cams
there is more to successful N2o injection than you think
