Just had to Re register a bike in NSW and found out most insurers have jacked up price on all bikes over 1000 cc from $319 to $453. Said we are a higher risk group when I rang to ask why. What a load of crap. Allianz has as yet not increased price so shop around.
Bracks isn't the only slimy sleazbag. NSW has now got Iemma - Should be Iamma bigger bastard than the last one.

REGO is fuckin worth every cent as i see it, especially in Victoria! After my accident with NO insurance, TAC paid me out, and bike and clothing got paid out too! The little rego label is worth its weight in gold.... clocking up about $65-70,000 in claims and operations at moment.

I own an R1 AND A GSXR1000 . Each $319. What makes anything above these , (except BUSAS) HIGH RISK. and another $140 more. Bullshit -a rip off. With a tank of fuel i got no change out of $600 to cover all of rego.and ride off on crap roads. No wonder naughty bikers ride unregistered.

Aero cat if you are on the wrong side of an accident fair enough you get covered ,but my aim was to advise people to shop around providers for something that has to be paid.
I do remember that Gunna. The traffic in Melbournistan is getting more bewildering, impatient & arrogant by the minute I try to keep out of it as much as I can.
