Yes, VERY nice,
I think Sweary Bob at Spondon has built a few of these frames now (with a Single sider option) although they are not what you would call common !

Going by the fairing, indicators in the end of the bars and the stump seat unit, I would expect the bike in the photo to be German ? Although the style is getting more common across the EU.

Last time I looked the kit was about AU$10,500.
Not cheap but If you want to be different, and want THE best aftermarket frame kit, it MUST be Spondon.
Several mates have / had Spondons,
I love them !

Mate here in Brissy has a Spondon Speed-Triple, S/Sider, USD's, 6 pots etc. Nice bike, wrong engine.

Always liked Spondons, and got a couple of $'s tucked away,
just not sure i have the brains or patience to put one together.

Yeh Tony I was reading up on them last night they reckon anywhere from $25,000 - $100,000 completed and an absolute nightmare to build but they do look good Regards Bill

Mmmmm...
I was thinking $10 / $12k for a nice early Busa,
Same for the frame kit with the Tax paid.
Then its all down to how much you can get back from unwanted Busa bits,
How much you want to spend on trick goodies,
and how much work you need to farm out 'cos like me, you dont have the time or the brains.

In theory it could be a $25,000 bike,
but i have heard so many story's of the cost just snowballing because folk either got carried away or just weren't capable!

Funny Story.....
I know someone who built a bigbore GSX Spondon Turbo,
over the years it had several sets of forks, swingarms, paintjobs, bodywork, engine rebuilds etc etc.
The story go's, that one day he lost it, either stolen or "arranged" stolen. Of course his insurance was all paid up to date. He handed in ALL the receipts, 3 front end, several swingarms etc etc, and because they didnt name parts, just Ohlins, WP, etc they paid out on EVERYTHING ! not sure how true it is, but he was pretty "cashed-up" after :-)

Ha ha ha,
Very good :-)
Wish it was that easy,
Took me 17 years of doing property up to make my nest-egg.

My big F*ck up was not bringing my bikes with me,
and selling them to cheap.

O-well, live and learn.
