Gotta stay away from this topic Gazza. (Suzuki Aust have promised me a baseball cap if I don't stir the pot!)
Plus the pickings are just too easy.

The brains trust put their noggins together today and come up with Tassie next Feb/March for an annual event.
So there's 4 from the club (Vic) that agree with something.
Where do the rest stand???
Cheers, Phil. "Speak or forever hold your piece"!

G'day guys,

I've been out of the loop for a while - cause I've just bought a motel on the NSW/VIC border at Tallangatta. It's great bike country as can be seen by the hundreds of bikes going thru every weekend. A Ulysses group have just booked me and the local pub out for a weekend next year and it got me thinkin' (we think pretty slow around 'ere)
If it was December this year, or June/July next I could do a deal.

Just a thought??

cheers,

WARD

P.S. Thanks for the CD Graham(1hotRF)

Yep, Rod for organizer (have met you once but a while ago). Tazzie sounds the way to go! I've been on 3 trips there now, 2 I've organized, bloody fantastic!! BUT, I've already organized, and going to book pending numbers when I advertise through friends and the club, for a trip to NEW ZEALAND in early March next year for 10 days! .... Hold the convention in NZ maybe???? ......(NOT LIKELY I KNOW)

Cheers, Peter

Gents,

I would be keen anytime if it was in QLD, NSW or VIC (Had a good ride to Bowaville NSW a couple of weeks ago - good pub, good country)

Tassie is fine for us Vics, but I think if we are wanting to get NSW/Qld involved, a bit further north may be required. Also, Tassie is good for a longer stint, but I think we are being overly ambitious if we organise anything longer than 4 days (including a weekend). (Not saying I wouldn't go to Tassie, but in any case, it has to be this year for me).

The idea of combining it with the MotoGP appeals!!! I think this was suggested some time ago, most of us will be heading that way, maybe we leave a bit earlier and meet up at Bright of somewhere like that?) Laidback
