I thought you got your points back after a year from the offense date i could be wrong anyone else know about this?
Not wrong Mac would have been suspended for 3months if it was another 7kms over....
The told me to write a letter to the Bureau as my record shows no fines for the the last 7 years and they might let it slide... i can only hope

Nah mate you dont start getting suspensions untill ur 45kph over the limit (trust me i know found out the hard way........twice)

3 month suspension cuts in at 30k over in NSW now.
Not 45k like it used to be. It goes up to 6 months for 45k over and licence is taken away by the arresting officer.
